Dr Iris Lim

Iris Lim is a Project Officer for the Impact Acceleration Account, where she leads communications and supports knowledge exchange initiatives that bridge academic research with policy and practice. She holds a Ph.D. in Development Studies from SOAS, University of London, and her research examines how marginalised communities experience and navigate digital public services. Her work on digital inclusion, user-experience research, and community engagement informs her approach to translating complex research findings for diverse audiences.
