Claire Herbert

Claire Herbert is the Head of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Staff Wellbeing at SOAS. Claire is an experienced strategic leader, specialising in strategy and policy development and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and staff wellbeing (EDIW). Claire has a wealth of experience in both the private and public sectors, leading teams to deliver long-lasting culture change. While many DEI and wellbeing issues are universal, Claire’s approach values individual organisational cultures and nuanced evidence-based approaches to DEI.
